My Story

My career as a Big 4 Partner was incredible—(taking into consideration 4 mini burnouts in 2012, ‘14, ’16, ‘18), I found myself asking, “What’s next?” Moving on felt daunting, so I continued on the Partner path. By 2019, I’d had enough and moved back to Las Vegas from Melbourne, Australia (amazing city—seriously, go if you can).

My journey: a timeline of growth

My 20's: the great experiment

Ah, the roaring 20s (mine, not the 1920s)—a wild cocktail of self-discovery, questionable choices, and hustle. Fresh out of college, I ventured into Las Vegas (because, of course) and then made my way to LA, the land of dreams, Hollywood, beaches and wonderful people. Here, I developed my signature "roll up your sleeves and figure it out" attitude. Whether volunteering, Auditing, being a receptionist or moonlighting as a waiter, I didn’t just survive—I ended up thriving. The cherry on top? I hustled my way to becoming a certified public accountant.

My 30's: consulting - passport editon

Cue the montage of suits, airports, spreadsheets and meetings. I landed a dream job with Arthur Andersen (when it was still a Big 6 player) and brought my "can-do" energy to the table. Then...enron happened. But don’t worry—I pivoted like a pro, joining a boutique consulting firm that doubled as my ticket to globe-trotting adventures. Scotland, Singapore, London, The Netherlands—you name it, consulting got me there. This is when I coined “life is a pull, not a push” philosophy.

My 40's: the Shanghai showstopper

What’s better than seeing the world? Living it. I packed my bags (again) and landed in Shanghai, where I took my consulting career with KPMG to new heights. Think culture shock, career growth, and dumplings for days. Was it easy? Not even close. Was it worth it? Absolutely. This chapter was all about growth—professionally, personally, and geographically. This was one of the best career moves of my life.

My 50's: coaching down under & beyond

Next stop: Melbourne, Australia—officially the world’s most livable city, and unofficially where I learned so much about myself while being on the KPMG partner track. I found an amazing team (and, to keep things spicy, one that really tested me). Three years in, I realized the real reason for my zigzagging journey: Executive coaching. Back in the U.S., I discovered my calling—helping others crush their goals and love their career paths. It’s not just a job; it’s my legacy.
